Whole grain pita stuffed with smoked turkey slices, spinach, and edamame-garlic hummus. |
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans
- 1 cup edamame (not including the pods)
- 1 + 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor.
- Pulse until mixture is smooth and creamy, with as few chunks as possible.
- Scoop out of the food processor and serve.
- Store remaining hummus in a container and place in the fridge.
