Milk Chocolate Squarecups


Three simple ingredients: chocolate chips, coconut oil, and peanut butter Squarebars. 

You know you want some!







Ingredients (makes 4 PB cups):
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips*
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Squarebar, cut into 4 equal pieces
*You may replace the chocolate chips with vegan chocolate chips if you'd like to make vegan peanut butter cups.

Directions:
  1. Place 4 paper liners in a muffin tin.
  2. Cut the Squarebar.
  3. Fill a double boiler with water and heat on the stove until the water begins to steam.
  4. Place the coconut oil and chocolate chips in the boiler, and stir continuously until chips have melted completely (chocolate will be smooth and liquidy with no clumps).
  5. Measure out 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate and pour into one of the muffin liners. Repeat this for the other three paper cups.
  6. Stir chocolate.
  7. Place one Squarebar piece into each paper liner.
  8. Top each Squarebar piece with another tablespoon of melted chocolate.
  9. Place muffin tin in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the chocolate to set.
  10. Enjoy!
