Oatmeal Raisin Banana Baked Oats

I don't know about you, but I sure do love me some baked oatmeal! Filled with healthy ingredients including banana, oats, and cinnamon, this breakfast is the perfect breakfast. With the addition of the Super Protein Odwalla bar and a dollop of almond butter, it's also an easy way to get in some protein to keep you full and help your muscles stay strong.

Oatmeal Raisin Banana Baked Oats topped with banana slices, crumbled Super Protein Odwalla bar, and Maranatha creamy almond butter. Sliced fresh figs on the side.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 banana (1/2 mashed, 1/2 sliced)
  • 1 Super Protein Odwalla bar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, egg whites, almond milk, the mashed half of the banana, and about 3/4 of the protein bar in a small bowl. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Lightly grease a small oven-safe bowl with cooking spray and transfer oat mixture into greased bowl.
  4. Place banana slices and remaining protein bar on top of the oats.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until oatmeal reaches desired consistency.
  6. Top with any goodies you'd like (I highly suggest any nut butter!) and enjoy!
