Sliced banana and chocolate chip cookie dough nestled in a P28 high protein flatbread. |
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chickpeas (cooked and rinsed)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 medjool date, chopped
- Sprinkle of salt
- Pinch of Stevia
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life brand)
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT for chocolate chips in a food processor and pulse until mixture is well blended and mostly creamy (it's all right if there are still some date chunks left)
- Remove cookie dough from food processor and spread on anything you'd like. Top with chocolate chips, or mix chocolate chips into batter before spreading.
